Most of our items are posted as New-other due to the box being opened by us or someone else, some packing box distress, or insignificant cosmetic issue that prevents it from being listed as "new". Nothing we post as "New-other" has any indication that it has been "Used", Note: a customer removing an item from a box and attempting to install it or changing their mind is not considered being "used" in terms. Being "used" consists of some indication that the item was placed into service for a couple days and has some kind of wear/tear/fading,fraying,road dings/dirt, etc from" being in service", Items we get with these indications are generally not placed and if in rare instances they are listed, they are listed in the "used" category.
