I've described it as "pre-owned" and it does appear to have been lightly used although the extent of use is barely noticeable. The interior is pristine. The exterior shows light soil and marks. The white marks may wash off but I didn't attempt it. The leather part of the zipper pull on the interior pocket is missing although the ring to which it was attached is there so there is a zipper pull, just not the leather part.
