homemade printer? what a joke. bad buyer is the reality

we offered a newer model with all the same features and more and for a cheaper price, No idea why they took this stand when we were offering a upgrade for a lower price when we disscovered the new in box one we had suddenly didn't work for a unknown reason. we did our best to help them and when they declined, we immediately refunded them their full amount

items were exactly as pictured, if the post office beats them up there is nothing we can do about it. we ship same day or the next and there was no delay in this case. tracking proves it.

incorrect and obviously so. The wrong tray wouldn't fit into the printer to begin with and I've handled tens of thousands of printers and i check each one before it leaves.

go back to amazon where even the stupid theives can be successful. Bonanza isn't as crook friendly by far

this is the first we've heard of this. why didn't you contact us and ask for some help? We offer live phone support and our number is posted for that reason

this buyer claimed the toners and drum were not included in an attempt to get more out of his order. Unlikely, since his first claim was that it made a terrible grinding noise when first turned on. this noise was the result of the buyer not paying attention to what was written on the bubblewrap even that the toners were shrinkwrapped to prevent spillage in transit. the grinding was because they could not turn in the drum wrapped up because they ignored the instructions to do this first. Proof right there that they were in it. without a toner and drum it would have made no such noise. Anyone who knows printers would recognize this set of circumstances blows up his story of no drum and toners. yah, we don't just selll printers, the owner is a REAL printer tech who has over 50k printers under his belt.. tough to trick him. he laughed at this when we told him.

untrue, we offer replacement for doa's. A printhead not rejected by the printer works if you follow the proper procedure.

we brand our printheads with a mark melted into them. it is very easy to see when a undesireable buyer has burned a seller this way. recommend other sellers beware of this one.

we replaced the item as the initial one failed to operate correctly. This was done promptly upon learning of the first one failing. We gave the buyer the web address for the users guide for the item when speaking to them and offered any further support they wished. They did not ask for a refund.

AS THE ITEM IS POSTED AS NO RETURNS ACCEPTED IS THIS A SUPRISE WITH AN ELECTRICAL PART. READ BEFORE BUYING, ESPECIALLY BEFORE COMPLAINING THAT WE STUCK TO THE TERMS OF THE SALE. WE DID OFFER A REPLACEMENT GENEROUSLY WHICH YOU REFUSED.

There is a process to initializing a new printhead. If you dont do it right and use new inks to do it you will likely have some troubles. And remember that gravity will work in your favor. install and a couple of clean cycles (2) and let it sit for a while when it doesn't immediately work. Don't just burn thru your inks. Be patient sometimes. And our phone number is posted for help if you need. I've tested thru some 100 printers a week for nearly ten years. Call me. I might know something you don't and can help you out. Don't be reluctant to call.
