She wrote me via email, did not tell me where she bought item from nor what the item was. Since we sell on 3 sites, i asked her to give me THAT information so I could track the item and if needed, to refund her. I NEVER TOLD HER TO DEAL WITH THE WEBSITE!!! I am NOT a mind-reader so when someone emails me with "where is my item" and no further information or contact, it leaves me unable to help them. THIS REVIEW IS TOTAL BULL!!!! Instead of giving me the necessary information, she chose to file a complaint with boanazle (at least then I knew who she was and what she ordered!). Since item appears to be lost in mail, I promptly refunded her in full. Buyers like this make selling miserable. Thank goodness for all of the wonderful buyers out there who make up for it!
