A response to your feedback was not posted as your concerns had already been addressed. We are responding today in an effort to clear the air should others read your feedback posting. To be sure each concern is address correctly I have numberd them in the same sequence as the questions were posted. The intension of providing a response to your questions is to be informative not argumentative. #1. You must have been in a hurry and overlooked it but it clearly states in the description that orders being shipped will receive concentrate be sure to add 4 parts water to before use. #2. Could you be thinking of an order you placed with someone else? The UPS records show that you received your order. You contacted us after receiving your order because you had overlooked the part in description where it says orders being shipped will receive concentrate be sure to add 4 parts water before use. #3. We try to respond to messages as quickly as we can. If response times were longer then expected I apologize. We understand the importance of responding to customer inquires and it is never our intension to leave messages unanswered. #4. Your order was processed emulsified, blended, bottled, labeled, packaged for shipping, shipped and delivered to you. No refund was issued as you received the order that was placed.

Your order did take longer then we would have liked. The reason the quality of our products is so much better then any other is quality control. . In an effort to maintain our strict quality control standards and to assure the longest possible shelf life our products are all made to order. We had a huge influx of orders cone in at one time that made it impossible to process orders as quickly as we would like. I do apologise for the delay. I can't address your comments in regards to deception. We are a family owned and operated company been in business for many years. We always make every effort to maintain high moral standards. We make everything as transparent as possible. If you have a specific concern I am sure I can clear up what absolutely must be a misconception !. .
