I emailed Sharzi regarding the change in the bag color and waited for a response. I did not receive one. I sent the white bag and a jewelry item and a written apology as sometimes colors are out of stock. I attempted to reach her before sending it so this would have been avoided. I strive to provide good and fair customer service and am sorry this ended this way for this transaction. I gladly offer refunds as stated when the bag is damaged on arrival and it was not. I would like to offer her another purse in my booth at half price for the inconvenience.
