Neg reviews have been since I was hospitalized. I can't believe the hate I'm receiving right now. I am refunding every single person who is requesting.. how am I a piece of **** like you called me in the messages? I wouldn't want to pass up on your huge order if I had the choice!! Why would I?

You should understand the booth policy and details before leaving a review. You and others have done this now and it's horrible for my feedback.

Disregard this customer. They are leaving this after I denied their order for not cooperating. I get many people who do not read the policy and process details within my booth.

I can't believe you left this negative review w/out understanding. You purchased it on the 15th and then it takes a few days for me to process it. Then it ships out. It doesn't ship out the same day you order it. I explained all details in the listing and in my info area. This hurt my feedback score a ton and it's all because you don't understand what you purchased and its process. :( thank you, not

I kept in touch the entire time while I dealt w/ my package issues. You said you would wait rather than me refunding you immediately. You then changed your mind and requested a refund which I sent right over. I wanted to do that a few days ago, but you wanted to wait. I am still dealing w/ rounding up all packages that were held up at the post office. I am getting ALL orders to the rightful customers/owners. If you don't want to wait for me to get you your order just ask for a refund and I'll send it immediately! Thank you.
