Considering this seller seems intent on blaming the customers instead of taking responsibility , I would not buy from them, they only told me it was a holiday for them after I tried to reach the 4 times the dress was delivered a month after expected. There is an option that said "same color as picture" this means you should make the same dress as in the picture not a different color and then act like it's my fault the dress was the wrong color. Lastly I have not disputed this because they offered to send another dress. This "new" dress has still not arrived so I will be reporting this. |

First,she paid on 24th January,it is during Chinese Spring Festival,the holiday not end until 10th February.Once we start to work,we make her dress first and pay much more to ship by express. We have said ship out within 10 business days,she choose economic shipping way,its shipping time is 1 to 10 business days. TNT tracking number 983414400.Delivered on 1st March.Total time is 16 business days,which is in said time.About the green,next time,please tell sellers color name,it is good for you and sellers,thank you.
