After 2 weeks I opened a case with PayPal. 2 of 3 stems broken off when received, seller keeps trying to get me to close my case (can't reopen) Attempting to scam me and not send replacement. Seller response: We were behind. Buyer said they would close the case once received tracking. Not only did they not close the case after getting the tracking, but after arrival they tried to find another reason to keep it opened. Being a tiny stem broke during shipping, which is normal, they demanded a new free plant and only then they would close the case which was about not receiving. I explained plant will grow back the stem in 10 days. If he wanted to work with us, he could send the item back which is the universal return process. But he prefers to deny that plants grow, keep a free product, and pretend this is not about a case of unbalanced schadenfreude.
