1 star user feedback I ordered a mop for $40. I received a pack of 8 refills. That’s $5 apiece for a paper towel, essentially. Who would spend that kind of money? I sure didn’t plan to. This feels like it was a bait and switch and I got robbed! Seller response: ALL details and photos of the product (discontinued and hard to find) were clearly listed in 4 different places: the photos, the title, the item traits, as well as the written item description. It simply cannot be made any more clear, and if any questions remain after all of this information, a simple inquiry before purchasing is always advised. Seems very unfair to be leave negative feedback in this case.
