Buyer waited a full week after receipt to express unhappieness. I immediately responded with offer of full refund. When item wasn't returned by a week later, I contacted buyer again, repeating my offer of full refund, accepting full responsibility for error. Seller responded, thanking me of offer but wanted to keep it. If she's so unhappy, why wait a week to let me know and another week to decide to keep the item?
