Customers need to understand that Items are sometimes late do to USPS Postal Service not always the Sellers Fault we can not control the speed of the Post Office. Thank You!

I let the customer no that the disc was late do to USPS Postal Service lossing there disc in the first place and I had to ship them out a new replacement disc but I had to what for my new shipment of disc before I could ship them out a new disc.

I Told Customer That I was sorry for the shipping Delay And Spent $20 of my own money to have there Disc shipped to them by USPS Next Day Air! Customer Left me a Negative Feedback On May 23rd and Received There Disc On May 24th !! I spent $20 of my own money for the customer to receive there disc on time and all i received from customer was a Rude and Nasty Negative Feedback!
