If I open a box it is to add products to sell it fast. You can't make difrce between used and new? Item was bought by her husband for her 50th BD. He wrote later that item was not yet delivered. I replied I would check with the post office... The next day the wife sent me nasty, arrogant, and childish emails all in 1 day. She sounded as if her world was tumbling down, and as a child crying wolf. She was so angry bcos item did not arrive on time (the post office mistake has to be put on seller) and battery weak at the 2nd use (I'm not the manufacturer and I can't call nuskin for a dead battery). She said the item did not arrived on time because someone probably openned it on the way and used it till it was empty and closed it back and sent! (how childish that sounds!) I wish somebody could read her emails. She left her phone number to be called. I fear God and asked Him to give me a heart to deal nicely with this lady. I did not reply back to her emails but called her nicely... what a shame. I sent her a new pack of facial gel in place of a few cents of battery, and to calm her anger; She never thanked me for sending the gels. I couldn't bliv a 50 y/old would act this way; no respect, as if she was rebuking a child. In her anger and impatience she left this feedback but must be enjoying the product right now. No seller would call a buyer for a problem with an order but I did. I thought 50 should be wisdom!
