Package was delivered as per online tracking. Buyer asked for a replacement citing the package as undelivered. I was ready for it and was just responding via email about my willingness to do so. The buyer immediately opened a dispute in paypal while i was just typing my email response just an hour after i received the buyer's email. Also, the buyer left this bad feedback as well. I was ready to help but it seems bad feedback was the motive.
