Bonanza automatically marked down my items from ebay import - how do i turn this off? or change it back?

Tokens: just for good attendance nowadays?

Old-timer turned newbie. Pardon my ignorance. Can you still tag (other people's) items? I see no way to do so, although the token site lists it as a potential way to earn tokens. I enjoyed it - a way to help other sellers and connect with them....

Buyer undercharged shipping by almost $20
