Still no showing the "ships from hong kong"

Hi, I just see one 'Ships from Hong Kong" under the shipping option, but when i re-enter my account, no more showing this information. where i need to do setting?

What if you purchase not just one item, but, two, and the seller states their was an error in the pricing? the seller states these errors are bonanzas fault. the seller refunds your purchase, but takes zero responsibility. what to do?

Secondary sort option not working?
