The jacket has a zipper in the front and a matching belt that can be tied around the waist or in the back. There's a label in the inside that says the size is 24 1/2. I don't believe this is correct. Based on my experience with ladies' sizes, I would have to say this jacket would fit someone who wears a size 18 or possibly a 20. Because it is genuine leather, the jacket needs to be cleaned professionally. It does not look dirty at all and could probably be worn as is. There's a tiny bit of wear on the left cuff, but certainly not noticeable when worn. (See pics).
