I am unsure of the age or origins of the stand. It is not adjustable and is a larger size that would be great for platters or larger size plates. It is 6.5” from top to bottom, 4” across the top, and 5” deep at the top. It is a lovely display stand, that is a useful tool for displaying larger size plates and platters.
