It looks like the kind of cable that would connect a radio to a remote CD Changer. We're told it is an extension cord for the middle section of the 20-pin ISO connector used on Blaupunkt 'Gamma' radios to connect an external display and mic input, as well as some Panasonic radios for the CAN-BUS connection (primarily to connect the XM satellite radio module.) We make no guarantees other than it is the part number specified. It's priced such that you can take a chance on it, if it appears it might be what you've been looking for.
