New, Open Box, Remanufactured, or Used? Items will come as pictured. Many of our items may have minor scratches, scuffs, or dings. Any more serious damages will be pictured and/or listed in the above description. Items will only include what is included in the pictures. Any contents not in the pictures will not come with the item. Many of our ?used? items may actually be new/never mounted but have been damaged. RETURNS If the item you purchased was misrepresented or damaged in shipping: you can obtain a full refund. To get a full refund, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. Please message us to discuss return options. Please note: we record serial numbers and save all photos of our items to discourage fraud. If you wish to return your item for any other reason we can authorize you to return it for a refund of the cost of the item, not including shipping. We will not accept returns in cases when the condition of the item and/or retail packaging (when applies) has been compromised, changed, modified or altered. When it applies, the buyer is responsible for return shipping, and a restocking fee will be charged if needed. Returned items that were picked up locally from our store will be charged a processing and restocking fee, when it applies. Returns will not be accepted beyond 30 days after the item has been delivered to or picked up by the buyer.
