Signed by hand by legendary Iron Man artist Gene Colan, this trading card is JSA authenticated and certified through CGC with a card grade of 8.5. It is from the Marvel: The Silver Age trading card set released by Skybox in 1998. Fresh from CGC, it will be shipped with the utmost care.
About the Artist:
Gene Colan (1926?2011) was a masterful comic book artist known for his moody, atmospheric style and fluid storytelling. Over a career spanning more than five decades, he brought a distinctive, almost cinematic flair to titles like Daredevil, Iron Man, and Doctor Strange, but is perhaps most celebrated for his work on The Tomb of Dracula and Howard the Duck. Colan?s expressive use of shadow and movement set him apart from his peers and made his work instantly recognizable. He was inducted into the Will Eisner Comic Book Hall of Fame in 2005, honoring his lasting impact on the art of comics.
