All of our items include many pictures showing every angle of the item and showing many close up pictures of part numbers and other important information. New, Open Box, Remanufactured, or Used? Items will come as pictured. Many of our items may have minor scratches, scuffs, or dings. Any more serious damages will be pictured and/or listed in the above description. Items will only include what is included in the pictures. Those items that do have the original packaging may have been opened for picturing purposes. RETURNS If the item you purchased was misrepresented or damaged in shipping: you can obtain a full refund. To get a full refund, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. If you wish to return your item for any other reason we can authorize you to return it for a refund of the cost of the item, not including shipping. When it applies, the buyer is responsible for return shipping, and a restocking fee will be charged if needed. Returned items that were picked up locally from our store will be charged a processing and restocking fee, when it applies.
