Item description
MARUSHO has been a traditional maker of rice vinegars since 1879. All of their products are additive-free, all-natural, and crafted using water from a local waterfall in traditional wooden vats.
The champonzu seasoned vinegar is a versatile sauce that is rich in umami. It works perfectly as a dressing for carpaccio and salads, a dipping sauce for dumplings (gyoza), shabu-shabu, or roast meats, and for seasoning grated daikon radish. This vinegar is made from a unique blend of carefully balanced juices, including Yuzu, Orange, Yuko, Kabosu, and Sudachi. It is naturally fermented and aged in traditional Kumano cedar wood casks.
INGREDIENTS: Soy sauce (water, soybean, wheat, salt), citrus juice (daidai, yuzu, yukou, kabosu, sudachi), mirin seasoning, bonito, seaweed, sugar, brewed vinegar, plum.
