ITEMS DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT
If your item arrives damaged: Please take photos of the damaged item AND the damaged packaging and send via email to annspreciousmemories@outlook.com as soon as possible.
Please save the shipping box/container and all packing materials to return with your damaged shipment.
