How do I get honey to Decrystallize ?
- Bring the water to a boil,
Remove the pan from the heat source and then place your jars of honey into the hot water.
Let the water cool until it reaches room temperature and check your honey.
If there is any crystallization left,
you will need to continue to repeat the process until the honey is crystal free.

All pure Honey granulates; some in a week or so and some not for several years.
To liquefy; place the container in hot water
(but not boiling) and let stand until completely liquefied.
Repeat process as necessary.

This is by far my only choice in honey. This black raspberry honey has a deep robust flavor far superior to any of the honeys I've tried in the past. In fruit smoothies it's great. In a cup of hot green tea it's comforting. Just licking the spoon is exciting to the taste buds. Yummy all around good! I would not hesitate to recommend this product to my friends.
