It is the 1982 printing of the 1970 revision, and has a copyright date of 1970. The booklet is in very good condition, with only light wear at the corners and edges. The staple binding is good, and all 64 pages are intact and in good condition, although there are some places with hand written notations throughout the booklet, and there are some stains on the cover, as well as it being somewhat scuffed up. It is a very nice vintage boy scout booklet, and a great addition to any merit badge series collection.
