I think that it dates to the 1940s, and it is in good condition. It has been used and is stuck on what is a piece of an old air mail envelope. It does have a postmark stamp on it but is otherwise in good condition. Please note that when there are multiple identical used stamps available, the postmarks may vary in color and size. It would be a nice addition to a vintage stamp collection.
