The colors are very pigmented but for that extra pop just spritz your brush with some fix plus and you can transform each color. For those who love an extra little sparkle on their eye shadow I would highly recommend.
The item does come with a double ended brush. One end has the blending brush which is ok but the other end is for packing on the product.
All in all Anastasia Beverly Hills is a great product and they did not slack on this pallette.
