Great product in great condition. The only problem I had was it didn’t come with the USB Dongle, so be sure you have that to setup the Fitbit.
Replacement unit was in factory packaging and in great shape took 3 hours to charge initially. And worked right out of box with the FitBit app to setup and sync.
I was given a complete watch, charging cable, and both watch bands, I was only supposed to get the pebble or watch. Very satisfied with my purchase and the company I bought it from.
The surge monitored heart rate super accurately and it helps during workouts ! Great product.
I am unable to get it to connect to my cell phone... but it works fine
