As a Physicians Assistant with a husband who is a surgeon and with a son who has Crohns every one needs to know about Modulen. Physicians have never heard of it and as my son said, “it is not that they don’t know but that they are indifferent to knowing that bothers me.”
If you have Crohn’s then you should be supplementing your diet with this. I wish it could get FDA approved as a medical food so insurance would cover it.
I’ve tried other elemental diet powders and this has the most neutral flavor. Tastes like sweet, mild milk. Highly recommend.
Modulen complete nutrition drinks are tasty and they have identifiable ingredients. It’s easy to stick to a liquid diet with Modulen. Other brands either taste bad or they are full of chemicals.
