Go product does what it supposed to do
I will be order three licenses for the Windows Server 2016.
I was able to download the products from Microsoft, The only product I installed was the Visual Studio and I had no problems installing it and licensing it.
I have a new bare bone server and will install the Windows Server on it - sometime this weekend.
Easy download and installation. Will buy again.

This a standard server not the essentials version. It’s exactly what I wanted but with so many versions out there just be informed before you buy!

Ordered at midnight and the key was sent to me 4 1/2 hours later. Installation was painless and worked perfect first try. 10/10 would buy again!
I have found that the easiest way to install the key is to install Windows Server 2016 Datacenter Evaluation and then use the following command to activate:
"dism.exe /online /Set-Edition:ServerDatacenter /ProductKey:ABCD-EFGH-IJKL-MNOP-QRST /AcceptEula"
If it gets stuck at 10% do this:
Click Start > Run > services.msc
Restart "Windows License Manager Service"
Start "Software Protection"
At this point give it about 5-10 minutes and it will complete and prompt you to reboot the computer. If Windows Update fails to download and install updates you will need to download and install the latest SSU for Windows Server 2016 from Microsoft's website and then Windows Update should function normally.

This is still a great OS and it will be updated for quite a while. So nice having RDMA finally working between my two servers. SO FAST for transfers with NDR Infiniband.
Windows Server 2016 Datacenter with the ISO as well. No surprises here.
Activation for my essentials version went smoothly as I had hoped it would. Installs fine and is needed at my business.
