This dress is not bright white but not ivory. It has a chiffon layer over the skirt that makes it pretty...hard to tell from picture. The flowers are fabric with a pink stone in the centers. The top is 'silk like' and is a great addition. It is more of an empire waist which is nice on girls. It is a little shy of tea length. You can get away with a bigger size because it has two pieces of material in the 'silk like' material that ties in the back making it adjustable.
