The top is made of Stainless Steel and the handles are red green beads. There are 5 green beads, 3 red beads (with gold accents), 1 silver bead at the end! Most Appetizer Sets use these directions to clean- Hand wash only, Do not soak in water, Dry with a soft cloth. These can be used year-round as Cheeseball knifes, Cheese Spreaders, Appetizer Knifes, Canape Knifes or Charcuterie Knifes- but would be PERFECT for the Christmas/ Holiday Season. Great as a Gift or to add to your own Kitchenware. Condition is preowned with no chips, cracks, bends, or missing stones.
