Item description
NEEDS INK AND POSSIBLY OTHER ISSUES???? Selling as is for parts, see pict of color and B W copies of a catalog, it did when we first tested it , it did not print all the areas, some sputtered areas, so may just need new ink cartridges ? said color ink is low but seems the black did not fully print either.
We then tried to clean the print heads on each cartridge, but now after reinstalling it says "install ink cartridges correctly 1682 col " so not sure what is going on. Must be cleaning tripped something on the cartridge or we messed up the contact strip on cartridge? We do not have other ink cartriges to test it or time to mess with it with so selling as is for parts. It may just need new cartridges.
Note It jammed on one page as well , but may just be the paper was not flat, as several others went through it OK cannot retest now that it is asking for cartridge install.
AS is for parts only all sales final
Has AC cord, all trays, covers, etc that could be reused as well
