Instructions for Use Fresh addition: 400g lean ground beef, 250g mushrooms, 100ml cooking cream (7% fat). 1. Season 400g lean ground beef with 0.5 tsp (2g) salt and pepper. Form 12 small meatballs. Thinly slice 250g mushrooms. 2. Fry the meatballs in 2 tablespoons of hot oil over medium heat for about 6 minutes. Add the mushrooms and fry briefly. 3. Push the meatballs to the side. Pour in 350ml of cold water and 100ml of vegetable cooking cream (7% fat) and stir in the sauce. Bring to a boil while stirring, then simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes. Stir occasionally.
