WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY:

Refreshed Electronics stands behind all our parts and that is why we provide 30 day Warranty on any parts that are either defective or DOA.
Parts sometimes will include substitutes or alternative parts that have identical fit, form and function to the original manufacturer’s part.
20% restocking fee will apply to parts that are not required by the customers and are ordered in error (within 30 days).
RMA numbers provided by Refreshed Electronics will be valid till 10 business days then will be voided.
No refund or replacement will be provided for voided RMAs and product will be sent to customer at their cost.
If the product arrives without an RMA number, it will be sent back to the customer at their cost. No refund or replacement will be made until the product has been received (with RMA number provided) and the defects have been verified (That should take about a week, once the product is received at our location).
In case of Short Shipment, inquiries must be made within 30 days.

CANCELLATIONS:

Any request for cancellation of an order shall only be entertained prior to shipment of goods. Once the order is shipped (i.e. picked from the warehouse), customer has to submit an RMA request for return subject to 20% restocking fee.
