Note! This is made for 2004 model with extra wiring made to it for features not used in all models. If you omit the extra and or add wires from yours, it will fit numerous models. This is not made for models with rear air suspension or electronic speedometer....it was made mostly for taxi models but it can be adapted.
Fits generally 2003-2006 Crown Victoria but if want exact, the sticker # must match 4W7T-14290-SB
