This book is in good condition for its age. This is a first printing 1960 by Whitman Publishing Company. The pages have yellowed with age. No breaks in the spine and the book cover paper is in good condition with a couple small areas that have wear. No rips or writing on the pages. There are a couple pages where they were folded over in the corners and some water spots/staining on the back couple pages. This resulted in the last page sticking to the back cover. Measures approximately 8" x 6" x 2.
