V4 also has four coasters, Strawberry place mat V1 with contrasting leaf trim has contrasting napkin with strawberry applique. Applique matches place mat. Rectangular place mat V2 with flower appliques of napkin fabric features napkin with flower applique of of place mat fabric. Oval place mat V3 with matching napkin ring has contrasting bias trim of napkin fabric. Scalloped place mat V4 with matching napkin and coaster features floral lace trim. The pattern has not been used and is complete with the instructions. There is no envelope but I was able to copy the back info off of a duplicate pattern. The pattern is in uncut condition.
