Offered here is this very nice gently used wooden foldable plate display stand. It is made of wood and is finished in a black lacquer. I am unsure of its exact age or origins. It is made of wood, with hinges in the center so that it is full double or adjustable for width. The stand is 6.25" tall, 3.5" front to back, 4" across the front when fully open, folds closed for storage. It is a nice display plate rack that is large enough for anything from a saucer all the way up to a smaller maybe 11 or 14 inch platter. It is a very nice piece. It is in good condition with no chips or breaks, but the lacquered finish is chipping off in a few areas, particularly at the top corners.
