A long time ago I began a love affair with all things old and became a collector of vintage era items and antiques mostly because of the history they contained and the many lives they have lived in each home. If only these items could talk about what all they have seen.
Beginning this journey lead me into renting booth space in collectible and crafting shops and searching for just the right items to decorate it with. Once my creative side was tapped there was no turning back. It became a lifelong addiction of knowledge and beauty in what once was.
I began crafting by making beaded jewelry and leatherwork to accompany what was old with a little of what was new and designing unusual one-of-a-kind pieces. Along with my knack for some photography I soon began the leap into more modern times through the convenience of the Internet where I could work from home.
