We ship all orders in 1-3 days after payment is received. We usually use USPS Priority mail. For larger items, we will use UPS Ground or FedEx depending on the weight of the package.
We reuse and recycle most of our packing materials as much as possible.
Despite careful packing, breakage can happen during shipping. For valuable and fragile items we will add shipping insurance to cover any losses. If you receive a damaged item, please hold onto it and any packaging your local Post Office may want to inspect it for insurance claims. If for some reason, you are not totally satisfied with your purchase after receiving it, please contact us before leaving feedback so we can resolve any problems. Thank you for shopping with us!
